1. Please Help prolific CTD's out of nowhere - in Issues, Workarounds & Localization [original thread]
Happening less frequently to me now, CTD's 4 times in 10 mins after I'd logged in yesterday then it remained stable for a few hours. It's been fairly good this morn too.

Developed this one yesterday, it's fun isn't it. I thought it was the heat for a bit but there's a lot of folk having similar issues it seems.

The sun is occluded by ships option is on the generic(left most) tab in the general(left side again) box 4 boxes down.

I found if i had sun occlusion on then it would crash and make an ear shatteringly loud pink noise from the speaker, I nevcer did look at the error message, perhaps if you disable automatic restart and see what the error code is if any is given.

open up your log server app before launching eve see if that gives you any hint as to the cause.

I'm having similar trouble right now, open up the log server before you launh eve and see if it gives you an error when eve dies, for me sometimes it doesn't but for the most part it's a 0xC, (memory or memory bus I'm thinking) Have you updated o...

I've a few sticks of xms3200llpt somewhere, I'll stick those in and see how it goes, thing is I've found asus and corsair to be rather unfriendly so I thought I'd use geil.... Ah well there is but to try and find out I suppose
